”Excelente”

”Very attentive and faintly staff! The location is great, just a 1/2 block off avenue paulista so a little quieter but convenient to everything. The finishes are really nice and there are nice little extra touches upon arrival and evening turn down. Highly recommend!”

”Exceeded expectations! Great location, within 1 block of 2 malls. Great restaurant downstairs thats open until 3am. Breakfast included is a huge bonus with a great selection. Will definitely stay again.”

”Good location, with just roughly 10 - 15 minutes walk / 1km away from Paulista Avenue. Polite Staff. I would say that the breakfast buffet is average. However adding the breakfast to the reservation is very cheap. So when taking into consideration the cheap price, the breakfast is very good. I got the feeling that the property building is a bit worn down, however the Room itself was very well kept and in good condition. I have just two very minor complaints. First, the water pressure in the...

”This was a great choice for first visit to Brazil 🇧🇷 Location was great. Near tourist attractions and train stations for easy commuting around the city. The hotel was very well maintained. Did upgrade my rooms as birthday treat ☺️ The staff were very helpful and responsive to guests needs. You can leave your luggage there to travel around. The amenities in the lounge was very nicely appointed and all the staff I encountered were a credit to the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay....

”Great hotel. Very clean, good breakfast. The hotel staff were helpful. The room has air conditioner, tv, safe box. The location ia great. The hotel is next to the main avenue. There's a small shop nearby. Many shipping malls around. Metro is close as well”

”Excelente atendimento e hotel”

”This hotel is very overpriced for the quality of it. I had booked a room titled as ”Grand Premium” but it really was far from premium. A very basic room with outdated interior, really worn out bathroom, broken lamp in the room, a really noisy fridge and a loud airconditioning that hardly worked. The common facilities are nice, but the reception staff wasn’t very helpful and the room wasn’t cleaned well enough. Overall, I was very disappointed in this hotel as Melia normally has quality hotels...

”Extremely nicely located, very clear, comprehensive breakfast buffet, nice gym+pool in use, this time sauna was being renovated.”
