1/5 stars - Book this hotel for 4 days one month in advance coming for a family special occasion. I even contacted management before and during my arrival to ensure reservation. Once I got there, the online pictures does NOT SHOW the cleanliness & had so many issues regarding dirty and damaged flooring/furniture, mosquitoes/pests inside the room, water damage/mold smell (they had a open air freshener to help) and more. I had to self check-in and make my way around the place since there is no front desk in the evenings with barely any lighting. I communicated to the manager/owner within 20 min of arriving but I felt as if they weren’t helping me AT ALL, so I contacted Expedia. The front desk lady said they were fully booked and no other rooms available. At the end of it all, they still charged me for one night even though I told them I am not staying! I left within 1 hour of going back and forth with them there, because there was NO WAY I can stay in a hotel room like that.
