”For one person who was out and about in the city, I didn't mind this option for myself during the weekend. I felt safe coming at night. I would say the area is about 25 mins away from downtown Austin activities so I was aware of that prior to booking. ”

”The rooms are big and clean but that's about it. no microwave in the room, which is a must for families travelling with kids. And the biggest drawback was the morning breakfast, absolute lack luster, barely 2-3 things on shelf, and on my stay the pancake maker was broken and didnt had much else to eat other than just omeletes and pepporoni, no waffle maker, nothing to substitute it. I specifically took this hotel cause other reviews mentioned it had good food, but i was very much dissapointed by...

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't clean the room until check out meaning that you need to ask for refills like coffee or clean towels at the front desk. But they provide you with anything you need. ”

”Honestly my hotel has been kind of a mess. When I checked in the room wasn’t even ready ant 3pm check in time and I had to wait for housecleaning to clean it . When I got in there was dust on the floor on the air conditioning, and the next day I found housekeeping in the hallway and said they’d clean it but the bed wasn’t even made when I came back. Then my little plushie disappeared after they took the sheets, and when I pulled the sheets off looking for it there was this huge yellow stain on...

”The front desk staff were professional, kind, generous in giving my sister and I attention we needed . The restaurants recommended were excellent . The cleaning crew were thorough and also delightful! We had an excellent experience and will highly recommend this hotel to future travelers. The membership is in my husbands name but he didn’t join us this time”

”We’ve been staying here while in the process of buying a house. The hotel is clean, safe and the staff is very nice. They have laundry facilities and offer to loan small appliances for your use. The pool is basic but always clean and never too busy. Parking is ample well lit at night. I’d say this hotel is the best bang for your buck (they also offer discounted rates for those staying more than 30 days). ”
