I was on the ground floor and had to complain three times about the people above me, I actually thought the hotel was undergoing construction at one point as it was so loud. People I was on zoom meeting with could even hear it and it was impossible to sleep some nights. The hotel is supposed to have quiet hours but they just ignored it and when I complained to the front desk i was told there was nothing they could do. The shower door leaked, the tv in the bedroom had no internet so couldn't get Netflix or a tv guide, the full length mirror was outside the bathroom in the bedroom wedged behind a table and the room had wall switches that did nothing and no main light in the bedroom. The blinds were also full of holes. Shame really as I've stayed here a few times before and visit the area often but ever since the place was used to house refugees and closed to the public for a year it seems to have been ruined. I spend thousands of dollars on hotels each year in this area and this place really isn't worth it
