The villa is accessed by stone staircases, the ground floor is on one level, and on arrival there is the wooden terrace (solarium) and the shaded terrace.

La Dolce Vita has two floors:Ground floor: kitchen, living room, TV area and toilet.

Second floor: one air-conditioned double bedroom, one air-conditioned twin bedroom, shower room and toilet.

Second floor: air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, shower room, wc, loggia.

The "voie verte" linking Le Lavandou to Cavalière is accessible 50 m from the villa by crossing the departmental road (limited to 30 km/h, equipped with crosswalks and speed bumps).

Rayol Canadel has 5 sandy beaches, the nearest of which is accessible from the entrance to the voie verte.
