Villa Eleni is situated in a small village Ljubač, 15 kilometres away from Zadar. This village is known for its beautiful sandy beaches which are great for family vacation since the depth of the sea does not exceed level above knees after running a hundred of meters in the water. With several main beaches there are plenty of restaurants where you can have Your family meal or just have a drink with beautiful view. Villa Eleni with it’s location offers You perfect getaway from everyday life because of it’s separation from the city crowd and is also located right next to the beach, which is why it is great for Your vacation.

It consists of three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, open-plan living room and dining room fully equipped kitchen and one separate toilet. As a part of living room, there is an entertainment corner with darts and table football and for those who are on a business vacation, there is also office corner. With three double beds and extendable sofa in the living room, this villa can comfortably accommodate 8 persons.
