”Hotel is okay for a quick sleep. It’s a good price. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean, room could be updated some. My closet door wouldn’t shut. The man across the hall from me was smoking weed and the hall stunk even though it’s smoke free. Area around hotel is crappy. The woman checking me in was completely unfriendly. Didn’t get my $50 incidental charge did not get refunded and I had to call.”

”Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe.”

”What a surprising stay! Just came in randomly while driving to mass and could not have been happier with our stay. The woman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming who worked the evening of June 2nd 2026 (can’t remember her name) and our room was spotless. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the tv had Netflix which was another bonus. Would absolutely return and highly recommend!”

”For the price, this hotel is fine. However, don't be fooled by a rating over 7/10. It is closer to a 5/10. It was clean and the staff friendly but the maintenance is terrible. The last paint job was sloppy, the chairs in the rooms have stains on them, etc. It's essentially just showing its age. The price was good but don't get your hopes up on overall quality.”

”The room was nice and clean, but we were out of conditioner and the Vault restaurant closed early (we were only there for one night and the restaurant was a big part of our plans.)”

”The property is undergoing renovations so there was the expected construction dust and things around. However that night the fire alarm went off and they evacuated the hotel for safety precautions! I had just dozed off, there was a small child who was scared to death! The gentleman at the front desk looked terrified and he was on two separate phones he looked a nervous wreck!”
