We were a half hour early and no room rooms were ready. Then when I went to my room that was ready they hadn’t cleaned the TV. There was fingerprints all over it. It just really wasn’t that clean when I looked at the kitchen net that apparently I had the forks and knives were dirty not that I was going to use it, but just not the point. The sheets looked like they really weren’t cleaned properly. They probably could’ve used another clean. I slept mostly on top of things versus underneath things after I saw my parents room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom was horrible. It had mold around the shower area. The floor of the shower wasn’t clean properly. I always bring bleach wipe so I had my mom bleach everything that they touched, including the toilet and the sink and the door knobs and I did the same thing. Of course no one walks around barefoot in the room just because they never clean properly. Overall, I give this a three if that out of five I did have to call on Saturday evening downstairs because somebody in a different room was having a fight and throwing stuff against the wall and screaming, which woke me up out of a dead sleep, which was crazy. But they did take care of that right away. If I have to say anything, maybe after they do their renovations, it’ll be much better but overall it is Pottstown Pennsylvania, which was not a very big town didn’t have a Starbucks didn’t have a Dunkin’ Donuts didn’t have hardly anything just a diner for coffee so a little crazy.
