”I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong date. When I arrived around 10 p.m., the front door was closed, so I had to call the hotel. The manager answered and was extremely professional and helpful when I explained my situation. He went above and beyond, assuring me he would take care of everything and kindly allowed me to stay despite my booking mistake. He even explained where I could find extra blankets and pillows if needed. The staff were amazing, very friendly and always eager to help.”
”What a wonderfully charming inn! Our room was perfect from the comfy bed to the windows overlooking the street. A 2 minute walk from Beacon Hill Park,15 mins from Fisherman’s Wharf and not much longer to Fan Tan Alley in Chinatown. We didn’t need a car to get around at all. Breakfast was wonderful. My husband can’t say enough about the building and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Hedy and Roy/Ron (sorry we couldn’t remember which it was)
