”Upon checking in, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell that was provided for use because I could hear talking and laughing but no one was at the desk. Someone came out to assist me to check in, and I was placed in the room that was in the lobby area, with the communal coffee bar set up right outside my door. Before I could even ask, I was immediately told that the hotel was booked and I could not switch my room. I spent my stay being bothered at all hours with people talking in...

”Property was beautifully appointed and friendly staff. However it was hard and frustrating to find a staff member for breakfast service on both mornings when we stayed . Also we had gone out to pool area and no staff members were managing the area so we had to look for towels .
We wished there were more fitness offerings / group exercise classes during the week .”

”The only good about this place it was clean no tv in the rooms not evn a mirrow to dress one self no silverware in the kitchen no complimentary water in the fridge no soap in the bathrooms ac or heat unit falling apart this has been the worst place ive stayed at. This property need alot of improvements ”
