”There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel...

”Joe was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is clean, well-stocked with essentials, and very comfortable. When I needed an extra night with short notice, he was willing to help right away. The house was solid, nothing fancy, but has a great pool table and games. We loved the hot tub. It served us well for our Thanksgiving family reunion!”

”Overall a very clean and adequate space for being close to the beach. There were enough beach tags, chairs, umbrellas that you don’t need your own. Household supplies were well stocked and available. They also allowed our two small dogs. But there is no queen bed as listed.”
