”We have stayed here a lot when visiting family in Casper. It’s a “homey” place with a cool “vacation mountain lodge” feel! A koi pond with food that the staff provides for free. Nice breakfast, Get a private balcony on one of the upper floors! Several hot tubs nestled into “rock” surrounds. Nice pool. It’s not flashy, but clean, comfortable w/great staff! ”

”The hotel was absolutely rubbish. Tv and bedside lamp not working, tried to switch to another room...it wasn't made up. Third room had bits on the floor and a dirty bathroom floor. Young girl on reception was on her own and doing her best but it was awful. Avoid it.”

”It was easy to find. The staff was warm and welcoming. The lobby area was very nice and updated. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was great and the water pressure was fabulous! Breakfast was good with all of the options including cereal, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. Beverage options included coffee, juices and tea. It was a very comfortable and economical stay after a long day of driving.”

”We had an overall terrible experience here. At check in they “didn’t have our room available” a suite as we anre a family of 6 and blamed it on me booking through Expedia. They accommodated us with 2 double queens that we were told were adjoining which did we’re not adjoining, the staff got super short with us and rude when we brought it up. One of our rooms was not properly cleaned, personal belonging and trash under the edges of the bed. We were then told there weren’t anymore rooms next to...

”Everything was good, except I was overcharged for the room. I reserved it through Expedia for $98 and was charged $166 at check-in. ”

”Was disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub but when I looked at pictures it looked like there was one but it’s a kiddie pool. Our room had big gaps underneath the door leading to outside and we could smell cigarette smoke in our room. Plus side was the pool was huge and the staff was great. ”

”Very sketchy area, poor lighting outside and inside, entrance door on the side of hotel didn’t even lock so anyone could just come and go. Picture from Expedia is obviously very outdated! Also booked a king room and got there she said they were out, so we took one with 2 queens. Went online out of curiosity and it said they still had 5 king rooms left…. Wouldn’t recommend at all”

”There was hair (not from a persons head) all over the floor, toilet and tub. We were given a rags and spray to clean it up ourselves as there was no staff to clean it. We were suppose to receive a credit and never did because we “booked through a third party”. Next, the gal who was handling breakfast was very argumentative. My husband had the door open to the milk fridge and she told him he needed to shut it. He stated that he would as soon as he was done and she proceeded to tell him that...

”The beds were comfy, for the most part it was quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.”

”Friendly staff—very welcoming when we first arrived. Room was clean and quiet although hotel is near the interstate. Breakfast was good—plenty of choices. Hot cooked breakfast was just what I needed. Coffee was good!”

”The room was gross. They tried to remodel, but never wiped off the dust/clean, foreign liquid on the sheets felt grimy-gross. I didn’t even stay the night. I left pretty much as soon as I walked in and walked out lost my money didn’t care at this point I was super tired and had to find a new hotel to stay in”
