”Husband stayed here last year for work and it was great. Bo complaints but he stayed there thisntime around and was a BIG mistake. Staff is ridiculous to work with. Tried paying for a week only got charged for 1 night tried calling to let them know it was a mistake and they didnt understand. Was also charged an additional $80 to our card with no explanation. Would rather put a tent up somewhere than to stay there again. Learned our lesson. Stay away!”

”At check in, there was a note put up that said they were helping others, but turned out they were just sleeping in the back room. Hotel and room was filthy.”

”The room was clean, but none of the switches worked for the 3 lamps even though they had switches. It was all wired to the main wall light switch for the room. So 5 bright lamps or no lights at all were the only two options. The toilet made weird loud screeching noises with every flush. There were patches of white unpainted wall that were very noticeable due to the blue paint everywhere else. The hot tub was a good temperature and not overly chemical smelling but there's no directional nozzles...

”The property was clean and the room was very nice. The desk staff was helpful and took good care of us at our check in. If we are ever back in Menomonie and need a motel, we will more than likely stay here again.”

”Stephanie is absolutely delightful! Wonderful knowledge of the community and the history of Oaklawn Inn and Menominee in general. This is a charming and thoughtful bed-and-breakfast. Speaking of breakfast… it was great! A special bonus is the large wraparound screen porch with lots of comfortable seating. We will be back in September and we’re going to book now. ”

”Well, we had a place to sleep and there was a small breakfast. The room was clean and the heat and air worked. Check in and check out were easy. ”

”A bit older place but in the midst of upgrading. A lot of boxes and stuff around. Staff was very nice. Beds and couch in room were very hard. Room was clean and a nice size.”
