”I always a great stat. Clean rooms, comfy beds, smiling staff, and great breakfasts. It’s the only place I will stay hotel wise in Minden. ”

”All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The outdoor pool was closed so we didn’t get a chance to use it. The gym was decent, though looked like it needed to be cleaned.”

”I'm getting tired of hotels not letting you control the a/c temp and giving you a comforter that is too thick you wake up sweating and don't sleep well The hallway was 10 or 15 degrees colder than room thanks for making sure the hallways were comfortable. Shreveport in general is going down hill and I don't see much reason to come back ”

”The room was decently clean, there was no coffee or coffee maker. There was no shampoo in the shower. The most inconvenient thing is that we weren't informed that the only elevator they had wasn't working ”

”Clean rooms. Staff was inviting. Great spot to stay when traveling with family of 5 plus. They are doing renovations so no gym or pool access and parking lot space is limited with construction equipment but overall very satisfied with the stay.”

”Nicely renovated. Not much of a breakfast. Staff was very nice. Loud by the freeway.”

”The staff was excellent. The room was the pits. There was no closet in the room. The mattresses were totally broken down one chair and it was broken. The alarm kept going off, but no instructions on how to turn the alarm off so we unplugged it when we checked out, we expressed how unhappy we were and she offered to return our money if she could, but she said it had to go through you so I’m somewhat hopeful. I will be hearing from you about a refund. Thank you.”

”The hotel was under construction with dust and fumes. There was no main lobby or breakfast hall. They had moved to a small conference room near the construction. The breakfast offered was very small but near the construction zone with sounds of drills and fumes all around. ”

”Property is dated. The furniture in the lobby (breakfast area) is very dirty. The staff, OUTSTANDING!!!😎”
