* We have 2 air mattresses in the home to accommodate the 15th and 16th guests.

This home in Red Oak, Texas backs up into a beautiful creek, great for walking. You'll just 3 minutes away from Te'Jun, a great restaurant of Cajun-type food, very popular among locals. Now if you're in the mood for a traditional BBQ meal Record's BBQ and T D's BBQ are great options also just minutes away.

Other Things to Note:

- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.

- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have any queries or need clarification before booking.

- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.

- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.

- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Please note that the pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.

As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.

- Landscaping: Is done once a week.



- Security Cameras: For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.



- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.



- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
