We loved the kayaks, the double grills (blackstone and gas), and the kitchen is very spacious, which helps when you have 12 people in the house and are trying to prep meals. We would stay again! ”

There was lots of room so we could spread out to talk, play games, rest or read a book in quiet all at the same time. We would definitely go back. We spent a lot of time hanging out around the fire pit and on the screened in porch. We took the dogs to the lake every day so they could enjoy a swim. The lake front park is an easy walk away. ”For being right at the lake the rate is very affordable. We took the kayaks out and walked into the water to cool off after we got back. There is no boat dock but we weren’t planning on renting a boat for the week anyway. We went out for dinner one night at WatersView Restaurant on the north side of the eating ferry bridge. The fried captain’s platter and spicy margarita was great. We also drove to the Palmer Point Park at the Kerr Reservoir. The beach was great. We stopped at lucky’s grill...

”The spot on the lake is perfect. The host was excellent in their communication and responsiveness. We all fell in love with the location of the property and the ease of access to the lake. Our group had planned to keep the kids entertained by going out to get ice cream etc.; however, the kids had so much fun on the lake we never had to leave the house (other than a run or two to the store). There is a dollar general market very close by and a Walmart not too far. Looking forward to making this...
