”It would have been nice to have the room warmed up when we arrived. The radiant heat took quite some time to warm up the room. The view was fabulous! We loved staying there on the mountain!”

”The front desk attendant was wonderful. So helpful, polite, and nice. However, the pool and hot tub were disgusting. There was half-eaten food and trash just hanging out all over the perimeter of the hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the main reason I booked this property, and didn't get to use it due to its condition.”

”Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that.”

”Everything went well I checked out in time. The only problem was the next day. They sent me a email telling me. I should’ve checked out on time. Which I did, I left early before checkout. They said my dog was barking, but my dog was in my truck with me the whole time I called hotel they said they didn’t leave any voice messages or text messages.”

During check in they required a $100 cash deposit because they wete "newly renovated". We had a double bed 4 person room with 2 towels, one washcloth. ”Nice little room. Could have used a bit of detail cleaning for spider webs, doors, switch plates. The gap under the door needed a strip of some kind. There was also no hair dryer. We loved the mini fireplace and convenient location. ”
