Riverbend #1 A - Townhouse on the River

This four-story townhome sits on the river, boasting beautiful views of the mountain.

The townhome sleeps eight guests comfortably with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The top floor has a loft with two queen beds overlooking the living room.

The living room and kitchen are located on the third floor with an open-concept area with a wood burning fireplace to keep you toasty during cool summer nights and sought-after snowy winters. A propane grill is available for your use on the third floor balcony. There is a full. bathroom on this level as well with a walk-in shower.

The second floor has two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

This property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs in the living room and two other bedrooms. It has high speed Wi-Fi to ensure your stay is as accommodating as possible.

The first floor is the Riverbend 1 Efficiency Townhouse that can be rented separately or together with this unit. They do have two separate entrances.

The Riverbends are 5-6 blocks from the main ski area and are also on the route of the Red River Miner trolley.

No washer/dryer, no trailer parking, and no pets allowed.

If you have any questions, please reach out prior to your stay. **Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
