”We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as cereal and oatmeal options and yogurt and fresh fruit. There was a waffle maker and a toaster available. The coffee was really good and there is a water filling station. This is a very good value !”

”HI Express in Blackwell OK appears new, well-kept. No daylight allowed cuz large window opened onto parking area. Could not turn on lamp on "desk" -- tried power switch several times but no light. Shower floor in tub very slippery -- had to be very careful on faint grippers.”

”Parking was lighted and very accessible to the front door. The staff were friendly, liked the addition of the Coffee Spot availability for purchased coffee drinks, breakfast was okay, stayed 4 nights and had the same items two days in a row, would have enjoyed Orange juice instead of lemonade and apple juice or water. Rooms were clean and udpated. The carpet could have been replaced in our room. ”

”This place was awful and not at all as expected. Because of the poor conditions I inspected the mattress and found a small live bug crawling, either a bed bug or cockroach, under the fitted sheet to which I took a picture of. I immediately left, checked out and turned my room key in without staying. I asked for a refund or credit and they declined. I contacted Expedia and got zero support or help from them.”

”1st room we had was dirty and had a bad smell, changed rooms. Next room cleaner and smell was not as noticeable.”

”Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had an issue with the room and was immediately given another room and he apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help us move our luggage. Only issue that was a real problem was the noise created when adjoining room to our room 118 was when they ran the water in the morning. So loud it woke us up. The breakfast at 8am was very picked over and some items were depleted. The staff member offered to make more of the depleted items. When...

”The room was great! Last minute booking so my husband and I could only get the double queen room (little tight space wise if you have more than 2 people but still a great room). Very clean! The only downside for us is that we found this hotel 3 years too late- my sister goes/went to OSU, this was our trip to her graduation!! ”

”Where do I start, they didn’t have a room then found one, tried to charge full price because it “has two beds, you wanted one so it costs more”. The room? Oh gosh, the room. No trash cans, no toilet paper, wet toilet paper roll behind the bathroom door, drug paraphernalia above bathroom light fixture, and the toilet ran all night. Dogs walk the hallways unattended, the front desk attendant is in absolutely no hurry to get to the front when you ring the buzzer (over 10 minutes BOTH...
