”Everything was what I expected. The price, listing and even the above and beyond service they provided.”

”Radisson Pinheiros is a very nice, modern hotel with great facilities. The room was very clean and in good shape, quality shampoos, body lotions etc. were available and the view from the room was good. The breakfast was really great as well. The staff was very helpful at all times and the internet also worked well. Pinheiros is a nice area with a lot of cafes and other services nearby. If you happen to be there on a Saturday, go to the Praça Benedito Calixto’s antiques market! Nothing bad to say...

Bem localizado!!!”

”Todo excelente. Ótima localização. Pessoal muito simpático e cooperador. Nota 10”

”This hotel is very overpriced for the quality of it. I had booked a room titled as ”Grand Premium” but it really was far from premium. A very basic room with outdated interior, really worn out bathroom, broken lamp in the room, a really noisy fridge and a loud airconditioning that hardly worked. The common facilities are nice, but the reception staff wasn’t very helpful and the room wasn’t cleaned well enough. Overall, I was very disappointed in this hotel as Melia normally has quality hotels...

Me encantó 🇧🇷💚💚💚y volvería a él. Lo recomiendo!”

”This is a very good spot to stay. The host is good overall, no major issues and the staff at the property are very nice. The property uses facial recognition/biometrics for building access. I am not a fan of this but if you don’t mind it, it did work fairly well. The area is great and close to shopping and food. Room was very clean.”

”Nice staff and clean room. They allowed us an early checkin after an all night flight.”
