”We loved our stay at the Dockside. Peter was an excellent host, so responsive and helpful for us. It’s such a cool property. We loved staying there and felt like everyone has”

”Lots of upgrades.”

”My stay wad great, the home had everything as pictured. My only complaint/feedback is that there were alot of bugs in the house, and the house was not very clean. There was hair in the shower, dirt and debris under the TV stand etc.. Another suggestion would be to provide more towels. The home is advertised to fit 8 people, so there should be 8 towels offered during the stay.”

”Restored and maintained with plenty of space, this quaint Victorian is an excellent base from which to Explore Lake Pepin and the Upper Mississippi valley. Even inch of the property is immaculate. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to make meals in when we chose to, including a steak dinner we made on the gas grill. ”We really enjoyed our stay and this was the perfect home base for our hiking visits to Willow River State Park (beautiful waterfalls!), Interstate State Park, and Afton State Park (river/beach area, forest, and prairie!). On the cold and rainy day we checked out the Falcon Center gym at UW River Falls and their climbing wall... great gym and super inexpensive for a day pass. Had a great meal at Lily Thai restaurant, delicious. This VRBO is conveniently located with parking in the driveway,...

”Such a beautifully designed room/bathroom. Perfect for what we needed. Megan was so helpful through the whole process - excellent communication. We'd definitely stay again :)”

”We have stayed at both properties. They are very inviting and comfortable. We really relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very helpful and the property is beautiful.”

”The Pepin Farmhouse worked well for our group of 15. It’s a great building with lots of character. The location is quiet and remote, but still close to nearby towns and services. Our host was very helpful, and everything was as we expected. We had a great trip.”

”Great location in RF, walking distance to downtown and nearby parks. Communication with host very quick and solved our issues quickly. Bikes in the garage are a nice addition. Walked to nearby Hoffman park and the Baseball field. Fully stocked kitchen very helpful. Nice game room in basement with TV, thoroughly enjoyed by all!!Neighbor to the North played music from car parked in the driveway until very late at night. White noise from fans helped. Super great time in our hometown visiting with...
