”I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn several times now and it has always been an absolutely terrific experience every time. The hotel is kept clean and tidy, the rooms are great and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.”

”The room was beyond nasty. It smelled horrible, because they were busy we failed to request a clean room. Big mistake. It was a torturous 2 days in a filthy room. One tiny bar of soap for 2 people. Bed lines didn’t look like they had been changed. Carpet was disgusting. Room was hot, from previous guests leaving the heat on. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemy . I would never stay in such a dive again, nor would I recommend it to others. If i could give it zero stars i would!!”

”Very clean room and lovely little space. Booked this room myself for work purposes and the cost for the value was awesome. Relatively inexpensive and you could tell the staff took pride in what they do. The toilet paper was even folded into little triangles at the end of the roll; small details really set this place off in a good way. I recently have had to stay in another local hotel that is much bigger, a more recognizable name, etc. and hands down I would pick Quality Inn over them any day....

”The front desk staff tried to be helpful but this was the worse experience my family has ever encountered with all our years of travelling. My family and I arrived at the hotel at about 10:45-11:00PM on the night of 6/12 only to be told at the front desk that the hotel was sold out and our room had been given out and there was no room for us. It felt like a prank except it wasn't. We spent the night calling one hotel after another and nothing was available up to an hour travelling distance...

”Hotel smelled bad. Hallways smelled bad. Room smelled stale and bad. Loud banging noises at 5am woke me up.”

”Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled.”

”Expedia reservation doesn't have any Value as I reserved 2 rooms 2 months ago and upon Check IN Hotel Front Desk denied to give us Rooms and expedia customer service was answered by AI and was impossible to get hold of customer service ... Terrible Experience never booking with expedia again”

”Standard no frills - good price”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, quick grab and go. Our issue was the bathtub had a leaking faucet. We only needed one night to keep moving the next day so it didn’t bother us where I’m sure some people wouldn’t like the dripping noise.”

”A cheap option near the freeway with an ok breakfast. Weird smell in the hallways (likely air freshener to cover up the smell of the weed that the guests there smoke.) There is no elevator and they tried to put us on the second floor before letting us know that. Towels were clean but stained. Needs some TLC and updates.”
