The breakfast is simple and the restaurant while not gourmet is a very good option to finish a day of exploration.”

”Hotel a 5 minutos en coche de Cangas de Onís y la Basílica de Covadonga, ideal para visitar ambos. En ambas zonas se encuentran parkings para dejar el coche y pillar los buses para subir a los lagos, que es la mejor manera y cómoda de visitarlos, y también la Basílica.
A 2 minutos andando del hotel, hay una zona repleta de restaurantes, a destacar La Venta de Soto 😊

”Very nice restored hotel in an old monastery. I can’t believe nuns lived in such opulent quarters and such large rooms! Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. The only thing I would say is please replace all the beds with king/2 meter wide ones. The small bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also they have a new building with balconies, but I was never offered that option thru Expedia. I would have preferred a room with a king bed and balcony, but they only offered Standard on Expedia ”
