”I didn’t know what to expect when staying at a hotel with a historic designation, but I was pleasantly surprised. The aesthetic and visuals of the hotel from when it was more relevant are preserved; it feels like it was made to be a time capsule of sorts for everything except for the important modern updates (plumbing, flat screen TVs in rooms, etc.). ”It's an excellent visit every time we stay here. First step inside & you'll first notice how fresh it smells. Rooms are clean & comfy. Nothing I would change!! Staff is more than amazing. The restaurant food is superb & we love both bars at the hotel. Nice to have a bar by the pool. Staff brings food & drinks right to you. We enjoyed the pool time, too. Overall, 5 stars+. Looking forward to our next stay. ”

”A very elegant and well maintained old hotel. Beach view was excellent, and it was great to have dedicated beach chairs and an umbrella available for our use. Still recovering from the hurricane, and their signature restaurant is still not open. Valet parking and the local shuttle service were both very helpful. Only minor complaint is that the bathroom is very small - needed to move the shower door to use the toilet.”

”We have stayed at fusion resort twice and each time it has been absolutely amazing. Super clean, great views from balcony’s, within walking distance of everything, my only complaint Bis the pool closes to early. It closes at 8 and we would have loved to be able to swim when it was all lit up, and hit the hot tub in the evenings. The pool is amazing hot tub is even better. 10/10 rating for this place and can’t wait to come back!”
