Directly adjacent to a nature reserve, it offers ideal opportunities for hiking and day trips in the Salzkammergut region.

The large, light-filled living/dining area features a flat-screen TV and a stereo system for your entertainment. The fully equipped country-style kitchen has everything you could want, including a toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and dishwasher. The attractive, modern bathroom, filled with natural light, features a shower and toilet. Directly off the living area, you’ll find the large, covered terrace (southwest-facing, 16 m²), which offers a place to relax even in bad weather. Beautiful patio furniture, 2 sun loungers, a parasol, and a charcoal grill are also waiting for you.

The large, fenced-in garden is very well-maintained and is not only a “little paradise” for pets, but also for children and adults. Playing, running around, sunbathing, barbecuing—everything is possible here.

The natural swimming pond and Finnish sauna leave nothing to be desired!
Round out your day here with a glass of wine or a barbecue.

Right next to the house, there’s a large parking space and a garage for your car.
