”Simple small rooms with self-service, they offered nice amenities - Oreos, water, eyemasks and earplugs. The room was fine for what I needed, a place to sleep. The parking was a bummer ($12 a day in a public lot) but the main issue with my stay was noise: the walls are very thin, I could perfectly hear music being played to my right, and a television show being watched to my left. ”Clean, simple, well stocked!”

”Parked right in front of the office. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Tv worked good. Breakfast was simple but good and was included. Only negative was beds were full size not queen. ”

”Rented 2 rooms for family of 5 persons. Looks like the rooms have differences in their facilities. Other room in the first floor had hot tub but the other room didn't. One of the rooms had one broken light and the toilet air ventilation didn't work so all the humid air stayed longer in the apartment. Breakfast was great compared to the expectations. The first morning (7/22) the receptionist lady was very helpful and willing to service, the next two mornings (7/23 and 7/24) another lady was there...

” M, awful, dump. Holes in walls, thin walls, loud tenants in rooms and parking lot, dirty, stained towels, toilets and tv’s that don’t work. If you like crack ho’s and drunk people roaming through the parking lot at night, yelling, and screaming, then this is the place for you. If NOT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Awful. Stayed one night. That’s enough for me for a lifetime. I’m reporting them to the city and county health departments. RUN, don’t walk away. Just gross!!! ”

”Pictures of facilities were way out of date. Structure is falling apart. We tried to contact host about door frame and lock extremely loose and hardly closing but no response. Also false advertising. Said oven but a toaster oven and oven are two different things. No mat to wipe feet off on. Walkway or alley way was cluttered with debris which was brought into structure and made for more floor cleaning constantly. Light fixture in one room was so dim when turned on you couldn’t tell it was on....

”We stayed for 2 weeks with my 3 and 5 year old kids. The house was just the right size and very comfortable. It was great having an outside and inside area. Street was very quiet and the location was super convenient. Host was super responsive and check in / out was easy. We would definitely stay again! ”
