”Rented 2 rooms for family of 5 persons. Looks like the rooms have differences in their facilities. Other room in the first floor had hot tub but the other room didn't. ”Pictures of facilities were way out of date. Structure is falling apart. We tried to contact host about door frame and lock extremely loose and hardly closing but no response. Also false advertising. Said oven but a toaster oven and oven are two different things. No mat to wipe feet off on. Walkway or alley way was cluttered with debris which was brought into structure and made for more floor cleaning constantly. Light fixture in one room was so dim when turned on you couldn’t tell it was on....

” M, awful, dump. Holes in walls, thin walls, loud tenants in rooms and parking lot, dirty, stained towels, toilets and tv’s that don’t work. If you like crack ho’s and drunk people roaming through the parking lot at night, yelling, and screaming, then this is the place for you. If NOT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Awful. Stayed one night. That’s enough for me for a lifetime. I’m reporting them to the city and county health departments. RUN, don’t walk away. Just gross!!! ”
