”Very small room, insufficient to open my suitcase on the floor. No work space at all.”

”Rented 2 rooms for family of 5 persons. Looks like the rooms have differences in their facilities. Other room in the first floor had hot tub but the other room didn't. One of the rooms had one broken light and the toilet air ventilation didn't work so all the humid air stayed longer in the apartment. Breakfast was great compared to the expectations. The first morning (7/22) the receptionist lady was very helpful and willing to service, the next two mornings (7/23 and 7/24) another lady was there...

”No a/c and the room doesn't have good ventilation. It is very hot in the room and the ceiling fan does not help”

”Very clean but simple. While the WiFi appeared to connect, it did not function for me. I did not bother, for a short stay, to see if there was any fix or if my room was just too remote from the server.”

”This property was exactly what my wife and I needed for our stay 2 week stay in Redlands. We felt safe in the surrounding community. The accommodations were modest and clean. Note: This particular property does not have washer. California is expensive; I felt that the price we paid was appropriate”

”Very clean! There was no light (bad light bulbs) at the bathroom, other than great place to stay!”

”The place worked perfect for our family. It’s a pool house, so if you’re looking for something else, it isn’t that.We enjoyed the pool, hottub, the beautiful grounds and the ease and safety of access. The owner has a full size washer and dryer which was so amazing. Perfect place, serine, and peaceful.”

”There was no cold water. They didn’t even wanted to help and make it work.”

”Was a very pleasurable stay. Private parking in the garage door access garage for building dwellers only. One of the “bedrooms” was actually a closet with a bed in it. Made for lots of laughs when we were looking for the extra bed/bedroom upon checking. Made for good use of the space and to accommodate more guests.”
