The Space:

Located in Exclusive Stonebridge Gated Community, this meticulously kept home is welcoming right from the front porch to the homey details throughout. It's clear that this home was designed to give you the best Branson getaway.



The main floor features an open-concept design making it ideal for quality time among guests. The space highlights gorgeous wooden-plank peaked ceilings that make the space feel grand. Throughout the home, especially the bedrooms, you’ll be able to admire different custom woodwork - the craftsmanship is incredible.



The home offers a spacious living area on the main floor that has a Smart TV, a beautiful stone fireplace, and oversized chairs.



Steps away there is a dining area with a table to accommodate 8 people, and access to the screened back deck. The large, screened deck offers outdoor seating, and a fire pit.



Back inside the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up some signature dishes from home. A large island with stools is perfect for extra prep space and serving up casual meals.



The home sleeps up to 14 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms. Each space is furnished with one-of-a-kind custom beds and cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.



On the first floor:

- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, Smart TV, and shared en-suite. The en-suite offers an oversized jetted tub and separate shower, stackable washer and dryer, and accessible from the living area.

- Bedroom #2 is identical to the 1st with a King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite offers an oversized jetted tub and separate shower.



On the second floor:

- Bedroom #3 offers a King bed, Twin/Twin bunk bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite. The en-suite offers an oversized jetted tub and separate shower.

- Bedroom #4 offers a King bed, Twin bed, Twin trundle, Smart TV, and private ensuite. The en-suite offers an oversized jetted tub and separate shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are 2 parking spaces available in front of the property. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

The resort property amenities include three tennis courts, a championship 18-hole golf course, two outdoor swimming pools (open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend), a clubhouse with a bar and grille, a fitness center, a catch-and-release lake, walking trails, three playgrounds and 24-hr gated security. Located just minutes from Silver Dollar City and Indian Point Marina, and perfectly situated to bypass the traffic to Branson Landing, Table Rock Lake marina and many other attractions, StoneBridge Village Resort is a great place to retreat while being conveniently close to the action.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
