”Fan didn’t work in the bathroom and asked staff to fix it and they didn’t, air filter in the room was long past due to be changed, heard upstairs people flushing their toilet, showering and walking around at all hours of the night, showering was extremely slippery, bathroom floor was really gross”

”It was quiet which I loved and the staff were sooo nice and the hotel was very clean”

”Didn’t like that we were not informed of mentally ill individuals living there. One person was screaming at the clerk and was very agitated Another was seen down the hall from our room exhibiting bizarre behavior A third man was in crisis.. recently psych discharge having a hard time coping. He was calm and respectful with the clerk… wanted the hospital contacted. The clerk handled the people quite well… respect, reassurance given… very good with both I’m a Mental Health Professional…...

”Amazing!”

”Very noisy room. Could hear upstairs talking, and doors in the corridoor.”

”Nice location by the water. And nice bar and grill restaurant with live entertainment.”

”A nice place to stay for our visit. We will definitely book here again in the future.”

”Door to get into our room was extremely difficult to open and took several tries each time with full body force. When we told staff he said that the key car may need a new battery and it would be a process. Never fixed it. Also, reported the fridge in the room didnt work. We found that out when all our leftovers were warm and ruined the next morning. Pool had hair and debris floating in it. Room was clean and breakfast spread was good. Will mot stay there again.”

”No room refresh for our 3 night stay. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and tissues. The garbage in the one garbage can in our room, overflowed with garbage by the end of our stay. We had to make our own beds. Terrible service for over $400 per night.”

”It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware...

”Clean room, easy check in”

”The overall stay was fine, but when I went to check into my room; someone was still in that room apparently. The front desk lady had to reassign me to another room down the hall; I believe it was an upgrade ,so I’m not complaining. However, the lack of ensuring the room I booked wasn’t already or still occupied at the time seemed unprofessional.”
