”Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again.”

”Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! The downfall is, there are lots of stairs but it also makes for a better view 😉 #Location #Hotel #Island #View”

”First of all this is not a 24/7 hands on place at all. The front desk only works from 8am to 10 pm. So if you have anything that you need you won't get it. If the pipe burst, need towels, light bulb you won't be able to get anything ontil that time. So emergency around that time isn't available. Outside my room iheard a loud bang. It was glass that was broken by whom I don't know I was too scared to go and find out. That happened the 2nd night. They need to make that gate higher anyone can...

”The villa had the most breathtaking views! Staff was friendly and greeted us with a cool beverage. The villa was immaculate with all necessary amenities including coffee, sugar and cream. The on-site restaurant also offers amazing views, excellent food and beverages. Will definitely return to this property!!”

”Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.”

”The staff were very helpful from start to checkout, everyone seemed to go out of their way to make it a great experience. We were always able to get a cart ride to and from our room when we didn’t feel like walking, the taxis were always available out in front, we used the shuttle to Coki and Coral world. ”The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.”

”Great option for a more affordable yet cosy and comfortable stay near downtown. Amazing view of the sea and the island, pool area to relax. Owners friendly and helpful. Food and drinks accessible in the area on foot.”

”Wonderful hotel. Be prepared to take a taxi everywhere you want to go. You can use the sister hotel Buoy House next door. the staff is extremely friendly. Our room was spectacular and so was the view. I loved the infinity pool. ”

”We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! ”
