For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). ”Wolngarin Holiday resort is a good place to stay. It was well equipped inside and the surrounding was nice. We arrived just after the office closing hours, but got still in. A big thank for that. The owner couple was superb friendly. Resort gets a minus of not having a wifi. For foreign people its quite necessary to keep in contact with relatives on the other side of the world and plan doings on holiday.”

I had some problems with toilet and they came to fix it and all was done 10 minutes after I told them. Location was good, grocery shop and many restaurants in couple minutes walking distance.
