”Unbeatable place, views are amazing, only problem is there's no AC and that wouldn't be an issue if there were mosquito windows nets, you are in the middle of the woods and there's mosquitos everywhere the room get super hot bc u can't open a single window at night, also there's no lobby restroom or any other restroom besides your room I understand this is not a typical hotel but the property is huge so you could definitely fit one.”

We had a room with a double bed and two twins, which was perfect for our family. The pub isn't so loud that it bothers you while you are in your room - the only thing we had was a bit of street noice, but that's par for the course. The food in the pub is great too! ”First the plusses: incredibly friendly and helpful host, delicious cooked-to-order breakfast (included), with homemade bread, beautiful and bucolic setting on an active farm about 2 miles outside Kenmare - loved the sheep sounds. Minuses: it was the middle of a heatwave, lots of flies and no AC/fan. There were water/toilet flushing issues. And there should be a note in the listing that payment is cash only! The place desperately needs some updating - as long as your expectations are not high,...
