Smelled like urine at every entrance that we used and outside of our room door, broken elevator and we had multiple suitcases to haul upstairs, not enough hot water for more than 1 person either night, filthy, LOUD, staff didn’t offer any help when I spoke to her and filthy deserved to be mentioned again. ”

”This property and staff have been a true blessing to our family, as we were dealing with a traumatic/ event that occurred three hours from our home, involving my father-in-law. The staff was so accommodating and supportive to our entire family. James, went over and beyond to treat us as we were his own family. ”

”Bed was uncomfortable and hard. Not a nice firm mattress, but worn down from too much use and not support. For a hotel, you have three jobs: comfortable bed, quiet environment to sleep, and clean, hot shower. Got 2 out of 3.”

”We stayed for one night while on road trip. Arrived really late and check-in was a really great experience. There’s a nice garage for the cars, which is included in price of the room. Room is comfortable (we got skyline view), loved the hardwood floors. Restaurant was amazing, with creative menu. We got a nice big breakfast before getting back on the road. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and check out rooftop bar!”

”We stayed at Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown for 5 nights for pleasure, just my husband and me. The location is excellent, about a 5-minute walk to Broadway, and it’s also near the famous pancake place where you’ll definitely notice the lineup. The staff at check-in were very helpful, especially in guiding us on what to choose on the east side. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which made for a good sleep. Hotel is new. That said, as many other reviews mention, the rooms are very tiny —...

”I was relatively disappointed by the experience here. While the price may have been an indicator that it wasn’t the nicest hotel, the pictures led me to believe that there’d be a certain standard of expectation. Upon checking in, we were directed to our room. On our way there, we found there was trash outside of the rooms and in the parking lot. The first room we were provided had an odor of cigarettes, so we asked to change. ”
