”Room had no heat and no AC. Sinks in bathroom and puny kitchenette squirt when used. Shower curtain is too short, bathroom floods constantly, no ventilation so you can't get dry, either. Owners' minds are stuck in the 50s, as evidenced by their no-weed policy (this is Colorado; get with the times, losers). We find cockroaches all the time here. Work online? Too bad! The S***ternet will not help you. TV also sucks, very limited channels and the same crapola every d**n day, you'd think you...

”My new favorite Denver hotel. The staff is amazing, the coffee bar, bar, and Delicious restaurant. We're all wonderful. I was even able to catch a jazz band out on the patio. A really nice touch to have when you're traveling. The rooms are clean and designed with thought. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Despite being located on a Major Street it's very quiet. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come through the lobby. The lady who works nights watches out for me when I take my dog...

”The house is quite run down with peeling paint inside & out. The 1st floor reeks of dog which wafts up to the 2nd floor guest rooms as well. Our view was of a commercial rooftop & alley with dumpsters. The owners act as valets, jockeying the four guests’ cars in a one lane driveway which doesn’t fit four cars so the last one in line is parked across the sidewalk; our car was left unlocked overnight both nights of our stay. I can’t really speak to the second morning’s breakfast as the 1st was...

”The stay at Patterson Inn was all that I wanted. Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, adorable rooms, cookies in the afternoon, nice complimentary wine in the evening and to meet other quest. Will stay here if ever in Denver again! Thank you! ”

”Very nice looking hotel with poor operators. Desk staff young and inexperienced. Biggest issue in a the motion thermostats that make room super hot at night. Can’t imagine that saves enough money to make it worth losing customers. Weird experience. Glad was only there one night”
