”Second time I have stayed here. Location is great, place is quiet and clean. Breakfast is ok.”

”It was my first time here in Colorado. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. They never made my bed. I spoke to staff at the front desk on why my bed wasn’t made, my towels weren’t replaced, and my trash was not taken out. Their response, “We make your bed every 3 days. I can make a note regarding your room for them to clean it.” I left my contact info for the manager to give me a call. No call back either. They didn’t clean my room or make my bed until the 4th day. Next day, I went home....

”Awful hotel. Dirty, small, and the room set up is terrible. Requested to transfer to another hotel, and Expedia staff very unwilling to help until moved up the chain of command.”

”Excellent stay overall however there is always room for improvement. I was not allowed to park my pickup with the trailer attached, the laundry machines were funky and I slipped on ice in the parking lot and cut my hand trying to catch myself ”

”The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room. In retrospect I wish we had chosen this option,...

”Newly renovated, and super cozy! We loved our stay, and the owners couldn’t be more friendly. Conveniently located right off Main street near downtown. The food truck parked on the property had amazing authentic mexican food that I’ll be thinking about for awhile. ”

”Incredible views, quiet area near a gas station and king soopers. Never too busy. Staff is excellent and very kind! Room was way bigger than expected so that was nice! Overall great place to stay, nice location, quiet, clean, friendly and would recommend to anyone staying in the Boulder area. ”
