Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...

”My group and I arrived a few hours past check in time and the code they sent us did not work. I had messaged and with no response I had to call. They looked into it and gave us a call five minutes later with a different code that did work. The garage seemed very safe so that was a plus. There was construction going on and we had to duck under a 2x4 blocking the door. I understand this is a shared space but there was an unpleasant smell and most areas were visibly dirty. ”This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to Lincoln Park and many restaurants. Staff was kind and helpful, although 2 of the 3 elevators did not work for most of our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit outdated. The hotel is going through a renovation. Good restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar is great. I would stay here again.”

”I love this hotel. I was immediately upgraded to a Lakeview room and they recognized me as a return guest. The rooms are large and well thought out and as a tall person everything is tall. The tv, armoire w beverage center and large soaking tub. The bed is like sleeping on air and the temperature is perfect there are only a few rooms on each floor so it is quiet and no wait for elevator”
