”This was a beautifully appointed room, with plenty of space to relax, great coffee, wonderful bedding, superb bathroom, and plenty of towels. There was nothing that I didn't like; it was perfect, and the entry directions to the building and room were absolutely clear and easy to understand. The only thing I did not understand was how to use the smaller television remote control--the one with access to premium channels. ”

”Beautiful small hotel. We received a nice upgrade without asking for it. The apartments are very comfortable and has complete kitchens. They received us with a bottle of wine and some groceries. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are some options nearby. I would only recommend staying here if you have a car. Good option to stay here and make day trips to different Tuscan towns.”

”It's a great home base to start exploring the region. Two wineries are very close by, and Florence is an easy drive away. The traditional way the house is built keeps it nice and cold during the day. We loved it!”

”The views from the property are wonderful - a camera can’t capture how close the Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo are. Lovely bathroom, and comfortable bed. We loved dining looking at the lights come on all over Florence. Communication was easy. Thank you Serena for an unforgettable stay.”

”The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

”We stayed there with our Family with our Child (3Y) the garden, the House, the Poolarea everything there is super clean, beautiful and graceful. The Host Annamaria and her Son are so Warm-hearted and generous. The garden is so huge and amazing, we can absolutely recommend this house.”

”Where to start? Lorenzo is the most gracious host and was so helpful…a complete gentleman. ”A rustic Tuscan converted barn with a stunning location and views to die for. 10-minute walk (uphill) to the village for excellent restaurant options and supplies. ”We stayed for a week. The apartment location was central to everything in one of the popular piazzas in the city. Unfortunately there were a few issues such as the shower being so tiny it was hard to even turn around (smaller than a cruise ship shower), no toilet seat on the toilet in the first bathroom, and the screens on the windows were broken/torn. This was important because we couldn’t turn the air conditioner on due to the dates we stayed and the laws in Florence which meant we had to keep...

”Property was fine, nice and cool and very well situated. 66 steps up to the apartment was challenging and we are fit and able. Lugging suitcases was a challenge , and also at the end of a very hot day out sightseeing doing the stairs was difficult . We loved the central location … it was perfect! Instructions to open apartment door were complicated. We had a great stay and appreciated the bottle of Chianti from our host, Martina, who allowed us a later checkout. Grazie!”

”We had wonderful stay at Localita Granaio and in the Castellini in Chianti area. The villa was amazing with its history and setting and we loved the beautiful views as we sat on the patio with our wine and cheese. Our host Pietro could not have been better- helpful but not intrusive, informative and friendly. The general area also had so much to offer. We would go back in a minute! Thanks Pietro”

"Huippu paikka hinta-laatusuhteeltaan. Rento meininki alueella. Teltoissa kaikki tarpeellinen mutta naulakoita vähän vaatteiden kuivatukseen. Sängyssä ei ollut kunnon peittoa vaan lakana+päiväpeitto systeemi joka oli vähän outo mutta ainakin naapuri kantoi oikeita peittoja jostain, joten ne varmaan saa respasta missä palvelu oli erinomaista. Kylppäri/suihku hyvät. Ilmalämpöpumppu toimi loistavasti varsinkin kun tullessa oli rankkasadetta ja siksi tosi kostea ilma. Yöllä ulkona +17 ja sisällä kyllä viileä mutta pumppu lämmitti. Plussaa jääkaappi jota ei näkynyt kuvauksessa. Safetyboksiin ei ohjeita. Auton saa teltan viereen helposti. Bussipysäkki 300m päässä ja sieltä linja 14 pääsee joka paikkaan 20min välein. "
