”We have stayed at Broadway Plaza multiple times. It is our go-to property. It is quiet, clean and provides easy access to the Mayo Clinic and downtown restaurants and services. The staff is always courteous and efficient offering any services or items we may need. Our stays here have always been enjoyable.”

”Great location, a few minutes walk to the civic center. Plenty of good food options around the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, rooms and commons are clean, loved the breakfast menu.”

”Very old bathrooms, okay bed, old TVs, ac not adequate. I hope someone buys the hotel and updates it because the Kahler used to be a gem. Staff were helpful and not the issue.”

”Coming to visit the Mayo Clinic was a difficult journey, yet every single employee we had contact with was amazing! We felt well cared for and our every need was met! The breakfast was wonderful each day; the front desk folks were always helpful and thoughtful. We greatly appreciated the rides to various parts of Mayo whenever we needed to be there. We will definitely return.”

”Great experience at the hotel itself. Poor experience with Expedia. Got the complete runaround when trying to cancel one of three rooms. Bought insurance to prevent exactly this and got no where. Won’t book through them again.”

”Weird experience at the front desk, where the manager guy seemed super annoyed. He reprimanded a customer checking in for parking in the garage before check-in (how are we supposed to know not to do this), and another person because he couldn’t find their booking, complaining loudly that “everyone is using third party bookings.” I found myself feeling guilty for using Expedia and then remembered that I had no reason to. The other women at the counter were way more pleasant but seemed freaked out...

”Never replaced towels daily. Doesn’t offer toothbrush or toothpaste.Rooms are dingy and old. Breakfast is ok. Pool facilities are ok. Management is nonchalant but one desk attendant was really nice . A young black guy. Would never stay at this hotel again. Only booked because of the shuttle bus to the hospital. Don’t book because if the price . Spend that extra $20 and go somewhere better. Thank me later”
