”It was just okay. Booked there for breakfast and laundry because we were there for a soccer game. Washed laundry twice and still dirty. Asked the night guy if he could help me out and he didn’t know how to work the laundry machines. Had to go to laundromat early next morning. ”The room was not clean, cob webs with live spiders in one of the corners of the room, dead bugs in the light covers, dirt all around the tub and in the bathroom. Pool is not heated even though it’s an indoor pool. Breakfast ended at 10. We started eating at 8:30. They just wouldn’t remake any of the eggs or anything so when they ran out they were just out. On our first night, we mentioned we had a service dog and were not charged a pet fee. When we extended our stay, they charged us a pet fee saying we never told them even though I had the communication. They made a fuss about having to check the room to refund the pet fee.
