The spacious apartment (non-smoking) is located on the ground floor of the house. It offers space for 3 people. One bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room - if required, a folding bed can be added for a fourth person. In the large living area, you can relax in a seating area with a coffee table and TV. In the open kitchen there is a kitchenette (fully equipped) with fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove, dishwasher, sink, microwave and dining area. The nice bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, WC, washbasin and washing machine. The apartment was renovated in 2018 and lovingly furnished. The apartment has an outdoor seating area, which is not only ideal for smokers, but also for having breakfast in the morning sun.
