Located on the edge of Lake Grünsee, this house offers a stylish temporary home for those who enjoy a balance of nature and comfort. Three cozy bedrooms and an open living area are spread over two floors. The living room offers direct access to the furnished terrace – ideal for shared meals in the fresh mountain air or simply taking a breather. Large windows bring light and the landscape inside. In winter, the skiing fun begins almost at the door – the nearest slope is nearby, and a shuttle conveniently takes guests there at certain times of the day. In summer, hiking trails and clear mountain air await directly behind the house.

While nature calls outside – hiking in summer, skiing right from the door in winter – a soothing oasis of retreat awaits inside with a private sauna and hot tub. Those looking to relax after an active day will find the perfect respite here.

The house is ideal for families or groups of friends. Four-legged friends are also welcome – the house is pet-friendly and offers plenty of space for relaxing holidays with your favorite four-legged friend.


It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
