The apartment is located in an apartment building with several units. Some of them are rented to vacationers, while others are occupied by the owners themselves.



A bus stop, a country inn, a grocery store, a cross-country ski trail, a bank, a post office, and a gas station are all located right near the house. Very close by, you’ll find 4 ski resorts (Turracher Höhe, Hochrindl, Falkert, Bad Kleinkirchheim); Europe’s longest flow trail is just a few minutes’ drive away. There are also 2 thermal spas, a golf course, the Heidialm, water playgrounds, cross-country ski trails, and motorcycle routes. Numerous hiking trails and via ferrata routes round out the recreational offerings. In short, you’ll find everything you need for a varied vacation here.



A free parking spot is available right next to the house for your arrival. Guests with electric cars are also well taken care of: You’ll find the nearest EV charging station in the village of Ebene Reichenau, just a few minutes from the accommodation, as well as additional stations along the Nockalmstraße and in Bad Kleinkirchheim. Just 10 km away, the St. Kathrein and Römerbad thermal spas in Bad Kleinkirchheim await you—ideal spots for a soothing day of wellness.
