”Debbie welcomed us at the front desk and gave us all the pertinent information, but she went above and beyond. The fresh baked cookie was a nice touch. Breakfast was standard. The pool and hot tub were clean as well. ”

There was a man working in the kitchen but not replenishing any hot food. People were coming in to eat but there wasn't any thing there. A shame because the hotel was wonderful. ”I always stay at Homes2Suite Richmond, IN when I visit family. From the moment I arrive to when I leave, everything is great! The front desk and breakfast staff are always so helpful and accommodating to our needs! The only thing, my husband says the water pressure in the shower needs work! Lol”

Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. Staff responded immediately and made notes to report back to management and have maintenance take care of it. Customer service was...
”Hotel room was very roomy. It was the king with the couch. Lots of floor space. Large tv, however it didn't have a channel guide, so I spent forever trying to find something. It did have a really nice tv. Property was very nice and clean. Pool ladder was missing the bottom step and the top step was missing a bolt on one side so it wasn't much use. Could be a safety issue. Tre hotel is near railroad tracks that are fairly busy and it was very noticeable in the room we had. Didn't notice any noise...
”Ending our vacation with this hotel on the way home for one night, this is our 4th hotel throughout our vacation , the cheapest and the best out of all of them! Staff was nice, check in was fast, lots of parking. Areas around hotel are nice. Felt safe. Room was clean, shower was good. Work out room was ok, pool seemed fine but didn’t use it. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. ”
”The manager of the hotel was great! He was very accomendating, available, and super nice. The room was clean, everything worked, and had great internet access and hot water! It was conveniently located to the highway, stores, and many restaurants. Great value for your money. ”
