”Nice hotel and good location to go around. Very friendly personnel and good service. The hotel offers also a ticket to use local buses in the town area, nice suprise. Also we got an option to choose a bigger room during our stay, which was nice and friendly gester from the the personnel.
As we enjoyed nice and warm weather duering our stay so good air con would have appreciated. Otherwise no issues with the room.”

”Sehr schönes Design! Die Zimmer sind hochwertig eingerichtet und mit Smart Home ausgestattet und bieten deshalb jeden Comfort. Als Paar auf der Durchreise hatten wir 1 Übernachtung gebucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist große Klasse , es fehlt an gar nichts und die Qualität ist sehr gut. Der Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den See lädt zum verweilen ein. Kurz gesagt empfehlenswert. ”

Great location within old town – close to the station, Chapel Bridge, and shopping areas, but also got very loud at night with outside noises. The kitchen supplies could have been better but it was helpful to have that facility. There is a check in/reservation code that was to be provided. This was booked through Expedia and the hotel was not able to provide this by email. This process needs to be improved. Hotel call...
