”Took a deposit of 50$ and it has been close to a month now and still have not received my deposit back yet called the hotel and was told the system is down. Never asked for my phone number to call me back and rectify the situation feel like I was being blown off. Will never stay here again. Also found live cockroaches crawling in the bathroom absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was dirty had to go buy chemicals and clean it myself.”

”Staff is friendly and willing to offer recommendations of nearby places to visit. Establishment was clean and well maintained. They have a beautiful display of live plants throughout the lobby providing a lovely welcoming feeling. I appreciated their large display of menus of nearby restaurants. If I visit Gettysburg again I will be using this location again.”

”Great ambiance in a historic house with modern conveniences. Additionally it was a great deal economically especially as compared to the hotels nearby.”

”Holes in the curtains, terrible smell throughout the room, lumpy and saggy bed (yes, it was both) and the light in the bathroom had to be on a timer so you could forget about a nice long shower. I couldn’t stay and had to find another place to stay it was that bad”

Also no staff when we checked out.
