”Superb location in Reims. Walking distance to delicious patisseries, dining, and shopping. Well stocked kitchen, fabulous showers, a lovely apartment all around. Victoria was very responsive and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

”The view is incredible! The apartment is wonderful. The neighborhood is varied and has loads of restaurants and shops for fresh bread, cheese and such. Just great. It rained and was cold in Jan, but we had a great time. ”

”Die Wohnung war ok, wenn auch eher Air B'nB als Ferienwohnung, für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie eher nicht geeignet,z.B. gab es nicht mal einen großen Topf, in dem man Nudeln o.ä. hätte kochen können. Insgesamt war die Wohnung unsauber, besonders das Geschirr und die Küche. Es roch stark nach kaltem Rauch obwohl sie als Nichtraucherwohnung deklariert war. Auf unsere Rückmeldung gab es leider keine Antwort vom Vermieter.”

He coordinated a private chef at the apartment for my husbands birthday - it was a progressive tasting menu with wine pairing and it was so special to enjoy it while sitting out on the apartment's balcony opposite the beautiful Notre Dame cathedral, Reims, soaking in the wonderful romantic...

”Les photos ne refletent pas l'appartement dans lequel nous rentrons. Elles sont beaucoup plus lumineuses.Les matelas ne sont pas propres et non suffisamment protégés. Les tables de nuit sont manquantes ou seulement d'un côté du lit. La douche n'est pas propre et la vaisselle bonne à relaver avant utilisation (trace de café dans les tasses..).La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble n'a plus de serrure ce qui permet à tout le monde de rentrer. Impossible de discuter avec le propriétaire via la messagerie...

The owner was nearby but not intrusive - he was very friendly and kind and we were lucky enough to meet his lovely daughter, who has excellent English - such a help!The area was lovely too - we went on a lovely walk near the Lake. ”Fantastic home, great location, easy walking distance to the centre of Épernay. Facilities in the house were perfect and all worked well. Asked for extra set of keys and we did not have to wait long before they were delivered. Parking is free…but not necessarily outside the front door or in the same street. We had 2 cars and managed to find parking around the corner or in the next street if nothing was available in our street. Host very quickly provided us with options for parking, including...

Jean-Eric and Chantal are welcoming, thoughtful and caring, and provide service beyond any experience we've ever had with VRBO, even finding us emergency medical assistance when one of our party had a small problem.
