”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. ”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”何の不満もない完璧なホテルです。またストラスブールに滞在する時は必ず泊まろうと思います。駅の目の前で立地は最高。とてもおしゃれで清潔な客室で、ケトルやお茶、小さいお菓子、アメニティもあります。バスルームも広く綺麗です。エレベーターもあります。ありがたいことに部屋に水も置いてあります。部屋にエアコンもあり温度を自由に設定できました。ロビーに給水器があり自由に水をくむことができたのがすごく便利でした。また、スタッフがとても丁寧で親切です。そして朝食がとても良いです。伝統的なお菓子やいろいろな種類のパウンドケーキがありパティスリーのようでした。ストラスブールに滞在する際はぜひ。”
