Living room/kitchen: Cozy living room with a smart TV (satellite/streaming).
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven and range hood, and a refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment.
Bedroom: featuring a comfortable king-size bed (including linens) and a second smart TV (satellite/streaming).
Modern bathroom: Walk-in shower, including towels, a hair dryer, and a free-to-use washing machine.
Outdoor area: Sunny south-facing garden and a southwest-facing terrace with an awning, a small sandbox, and a cozy seating area.
