”The hotel was terrible. There were wall mounted air fresheners spraying constantly and the smell smacks you in the face the second you enter. They are definitely trying to cover something up. Bathroom fan didn’t work and obviously hasn’t for a long time cause there was a bunch of mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. ”Clean rooms. Looks like they are in the process of renovating. Very nice staff. Pictures they have make it seem like they have full stove but only had 2 burners to cook on no oven. ”

”Due to several things. Very disappointed!! Food was good once we got it. At630am the pancakes were served...then 20 min later the eggs came. I was to have a shower tub unit and we checked in went to room and unpacked then we saw we had it no tub shower unit my wife is handicapped and loses balance I did complain but girl said they had 1 only always. Said it very hard to get with just 1. Bummer...wife ended up not bathing. The pool I thought was heated nope freezing even outside.”

”Our first room that was given to us was not even supposed to be rented out so it was gross from work being done. The staff was helpful and switched our room for us. Not the nicest place but it was ok.”

”My husband I have a lot of overnight stays in Birmingham due to surgeries. This was the first time staying at Best Western, and the last time. The shower rod in the bathroom was about to come off the wall. The tub was rusted, there was dead bugs along the edge of the tub, you could tell that the floors had no t been swept or mopped in who knows how long. The bottoms of my socks were black. We even found someone’s sock in the closet, that tells u how well they clean. Even the baseboard was coming...

”Parking was kind of difficult cause there were a lot of commercial vehicles that parked on several parking spaces. Hotel should make designated parking spaces for them. The entire room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again. ”

”This is a classic "you get what you pay for " place. The room was small, no furniture except for the bed. The TV remote was pretty bad. I needed a place to spend the night, and that was all I got. Not complaining just stating the facts. ”

”The Breakfast was great! easy parking all around the building even close to doors to enter and go outside the building. I really enjoy my stay this is my 5th x staying at this comfort inn.”

”The proximity to our ultimate destination and price sold me on this choice. The condition of the room, lobby, 'breakfast', and the lack of communication between the cleaning crew lead me to my not wanting to return to this Days Inn. I understand the current corporate focus on profit over people. I just wish you always knew what to expect when staying at a Wyndham property. There is a lot more to say specifically but the overall problem, and therefore the solution, is not with a single hotel but...
