”The drain pipe for shower was blocked and the bath tub is too dirty, and the floor is sticky.”

”Our stay was worthy of negative stars. Nowhere on the hotel website does it indicate that the hotel is under construction. Half of the front side of the building was completely torn apart. We assumed that meant that only the rooms in the other half of the building would be rented. Wrong! For our 2 night stay, we were assigned a room on the construction side. There was a sign on the front desk that said construction was underway Monday through Thursday starting at 8:00 a.m. and they...

”They said it was a queen and a twin, but failed to mention the twin was a blow up mattress. Once we inflated the mattress, there was literally zero room left to walk around. The place was only big enough to accommodate 2 people, so it shouldn’t be advertised as accommodating 3.”

”There was a sign in our room telling prices for things if you ruin or steal stuff, but our blankets had a hole and a marker stain. Made me nervous like we might get charged for something we didn’t do. The hot tub looked like it needed a fresh paint job. There was also a pile of dirt/trash from someone sweeping the hall, right by our door for at least three days. Overall, it just seemed a bit older and not quite as fresh. Although there was often a maintenance man working in the pool and exercise...

”This is an oceanfront motel, and the room decor was very cute. Staff is helpful, and there are continental breakfast options.”

”There were more things that didn't work correctly than did work. Hot water stopped working overnight. Manual lock on door handle would not engage. Room phone didn't work. No one at the desk in the morning. Ice machine out of order. Desk chair slowly sank to lowest position. Terrible smell at one end of the hotel complex. I don't expect much from an inexpensive place but this was pretty unacceptable. ”

”Bed was nice and the room in overall. Motel Wi-Fi was poor and I couldn’t get online with my iPad. I had my dog with me and he was charged 10$/night. Only dogs under 20 lbs were allowed to stay with their owners. Breakfast was a pick up coffee and chocolate muffin from the lobby. That was a nice bonus on these times. ”

”Run down, not so great stay. Room had a strong disinfectant smell that made it hard for me to breathe with my asthma. I wore socks the whole time in the room and the bottoms were black after an hour. Will never book there again. Unfortunately there's not a lot of decent hotels in the area.”
