The beautiful, spacious, newly built (2016) thatched-roof house "Windland" is located near the Baltic Sea beach in the newly developed holiday home complex "Ferienpark Rerik."

It has a living area of approximately 130 m² and is modernly and family-friendly furnished, accommodating up to 8 people in 4 separate bedrooms (with extra beds for up to 10 people).

The fully tiled, barrier-free ground floor features a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and an adjoining terrace and garden, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a bedroom with a double bed.

The first floor has two bedrooms with a total of four beds for adults and a cot for young children. The second bathroom, with a large bathtub and walk-in shower, is also located on this floor.

The fourth bedroom and a small toilet are located in the attic.
